Delete your Mzansi Mind account
If you signed in to Mzansi Mind with Apple or Google, you can delete your account from inside the app or request deletion from us here.
Delete inside the app
- Open Mzansi Mind.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
This deletes your Mzansi Mind sign-in account and associated server records such as usage records, device links, verification codes, feedback linked to your account, and device-linked diagnostic chat logs.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the Apple/Google email address you used with Mzansi Mind. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account is yours.
What is not deleted here
Deleting your Mzansi Mind account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation is managed in your Apple or Google account.
Timing
In-app deletion is immediate for the app account and associated server records. Email requests are handled within 30 days unless we need extra verification or must keep limited records for legal reasons.
